Hyderabadi rains

The heavy rains in Hyderabad since the last few days have totally disrupted normal life in Hyderabad. The abnormal traffic conditions, poor road & drainage conditions make you wonder if you are really in a Hitech city as labelled out to be. The total lack of concern and action by the local state Govt. and its different departments make life of the Hyderabad citizen a living hell.
